This reminds me of the Dawn of the Dead remake. Right at the beginning, when everything goes to hell....I'm going to hell for laughing at the old man's pace maker dying from the EMP.

I have only seen part 1 but I am sure of the praise this movie deserves. Professionally executed, and at times, visually without rival. I could even see this in the short film circuit.
